I am writing to complain about your new video game, which I purchased online last weekend as a
birthday present for my son.

As advertisements for the game had been broadcast between programmes for children, I thought that the
product would appeal on them. The advertisements also made the game look gun and fair, which is why
I decided to buy it. However, my parents and I think the game is actually boring and unfair. When I was
playing the game between other people I broked my tv control because this game makes me very
nervous.

Until now, I had always been really impressed with your company and associated your products with
quality and entertainment. It is very sad that you are promoting such material. Under the circumstances,
I would be grateful if you could give me the full refund. Please find the receipt attached.

Writing a Formal Letter

Professional players should not be paid so much many.

Fist of al, is a very difficult sport and the most famous game in all over the world. Nearly every country in

the world has a national team supported by a lot of fans. Professional footballers are paid too much

money. If you want to play football you have to go to the gym twice a week and you have to train every

day at less 2 hours. You can’t eat all that you want and stay outside until 3 a.m.

Next, it's understandable that a famous sport like football involves a lot of money, for example:

When one club wants to buy a player it can cost more than 200.000.000 euros. I agree that one person

who earns 45.000.000 dollars in a season is too much. But I would like to be that person!

Finally, I love football, I think it is the best sport and I do not agree that the cost of the players or the

salaries is too high.

Freedom of speech

I think everyone is free to say his opinion about what he wants. That’s why I agree with

democracy and I hate ” Hitler, Mussolini or Franco” fascism. In a fascist state you have to

say and do what other people want, but in a democracy everyone is allowed to do everything.

The poorest person will have the same opportunities, the same rights in front the rules, the

same possibilities to be free in a perfect society. That’s not like this in Spain’s democracy.

Everybody knows that a lot of brains think more than only one, we will solve society problems

more easily if everyone say’s his opinion.

I don’t think the media have to be more censorship but I think that they have to be more honest

and more impartial in a lot of things. In most cases it’s not their fault, but the government fault,

they are not fair. For example, in the Catalan case, the government is allowed to do everything

and to invent a lot of new rules. And just because it has the power at the moment.

The end of cash

Is this the end of cash?

I think it’s a good idea to modernize the money. Its a little bit heavy take and left the money every time
you want something. I think is better if you have got a card in your phone. This idea will be very useful
because the production, distribution and security of cash costs a lot of money, make the money will be
cheaper and steal money will be very difficult for the thiefs. The most important problem is that we will
spend a lot of money because it’s very difficult for our brain say stop if you are spending virtual money.
I don’t think that everyone have to be allowed to have a money card because if you are a child you don’t
know in what are you spending your money. This idea will be great for the old people who haven’t got a
lot of memory and don’t know where is his money. For example the mobile money card is perfect for
people like me, who always lose they money in his house or in the street. You can have all your money
controlled because you can see where you have spend it. I love this new idea!!!

The martian

THE MARTIAN:

A group of Astronauts went to Mars to search new things, and to know more about the planet.
During the Mars research they were surprised by a storm. A rock hit one person and the other
people thought he was dead. Then they  took the rocket and returned to the earth. The guy in
Mars, who is still alive had to survive alone and wait to the other astronauts. To manage this
challenge, he built a vegetable garden but one day he had a problem and broke the half of the
base. The good news were that he can communicate with NASA. The days for Mark were
limited, there weren’t enough food and the astronauts hadn’t enough time to go to Earth to take

food if they want Mark alive. Lucky a boy knew how to save him, but this mission will be very
difficult for the other astronauts because if something goes wrong they will die. The mission
consisted of go around the earth and return to Mars. It was very difficult but not impossible for
the team. When the rescue team were near Mars, Mark catapulted himself to the space. There
the captain of the rescue team took him in to the rocked. They returned to the Earth alive.

My trip to Italy

MY TRIP TO ITALY.

Our trip started on Monday. We met at school at 3.00 am and we went by bus to Barcelona, there we took a
flight with Bergamo’s destination. After that, we traveled by bus again, but this time we went to Brescia, after
visit the city and to have some milk with chocolate we return to the road to arrive to Sirmione. In this city we
ate an incredible pizza and then we visited the lake. When we arrived in Verona we left the bags in the hotel
and after that we visited Romeo and Juliet's house.

The second day was my favourite day. We take a train to go to Venice, it was a very long travel. There we
visited the Rialto's bridge, Saint Mark's square and basilica, and a glass workshop too, I bought something
in this glass shop. Then we went to an incredible restaurant, there we ate pasta and meat. It was a little bit
expensive but that pasta was the best pasta I ever eat. In the afternoon we took a “Vaporeto” and we traveled
around the city, this could be my favourite part of Italy. We returned to Verona at 7 o’clock. We played
“parxís” during all the train travel.

The following day we made the bags and we went to Florència by train. We stayed in an incredible hotel,
next to the Duomo. The first hour the teachers gave to us some advices about how to search the hotel…

The fourth day we visited a lot of things like: la galeria dels Uffizi, Santa Maria del Fiore, el baptisiteri, el
palazzo Vecchio, la loggia dels Lanzi, el ponte Vecchio, el David... These day was very eavy and intensive.
I was very tired and I felt asleep before having dinner .

The fifth day, the last one, we were prepared to say goodbye to Florència and arrive to a city named Lucca.
After Lucca we went to Pisa and there we visited the cathedral, el baptisterio, the tower… I didn’t want to go
to the top of the tower because it was very expensive. Then we took some photos with the monuments. After
this we went to the airport and we had to wait a lot of time because the teachers wanted to be on time. Finally
we arrived home at Saturday morning.

My last summer

MY SUMMER:

Hi, today I’m going to talk about my summer holidays. First of all, I’m going to explain my five days in France, second I’m going to talk about my summercamp in Ireland and then I’m going to talk about my trip to Brazil.

The first five days of summer I went to Lourdes, Lourdes is a very religious city in France. We went there by bus to help all the old people who went there to have good time.

In July I went three weeks to Ireland. I went there to learn the language and to have a good time. We had to take a plane to go there. I like Ireland because it’s a very green place. I lived with a foster mother and her children. There I did class all the morning and then after lunch we went to play football or something. It was a great experience!

Finally, in August, I went two weeks to Brazil with my family. To arrive there he had to take two planes, one to Paris and one to Brazil, It was a very long travel. When we arrived there we went to my cousins house, near to Sao Paulo next to the beach. In Brazil we did a lot of things. For example we did a lot of sport like surf or sailing ut we ate a lot too!

I think Catalonia will be independent because all the world has seen what happened yesterday with all the Guardia Civil. Catalan people only want to decide our future. The Guardia Civil came with weapons and a lot of violence. I don't undersantd, if this referendum was ilegal why they came and tryed to close the "col·legis electorals"? I'm proud about catalan people because in a lot of videos you can see the Guardia Civil hitting them and the catalan people only put her arms up. 

The constitutional court banned the vote and almost 900 people were hurt as police tried to stop it going ahead.

More than 2.2 million people were reported to have voted, according to Catalan authorities, out of 5.3 million registered voters. Just under 90% of those who voted backed independence, they said.

In Girona, riot police smashed their way into a polling station where Mr Puigdemont was due to vote, and forcibly removed those inside. He voted at another station.

Large crowds of independence supporters gathered in the centre of the regional capital Barcelona on Sunday evening, waving flags and singing the Catalan anthem. Anti-independence protesters have also held rallies in Barcelona and other Spanish cities.

A HAPPY ENDING

Last summer, I went to París with my family. We traveled by plane. When we arrived we went to the underground because we needed to get to at the hotel.

We walked in the street searching for the underground. When we found one, we saw the different lines. We thought the line 21 was the correct so we caught it. When the underground stop we got off but we can't found the hotel. We caught a wrong line!

In the end although we caught the wrong line, we arrived. At time at that moment we felt stressed but then all was great!

I am writing a behalf of the students at Escola Casa Nostra to tell you about the new playground. Two years ago all the teachers romised to build a new school sports hall, but we are still waiting the building to begin.

As a result of the teachers failure to build our footbal pitch, we have started searching players to make the team bafore the next year. We're helping to clean and other things at school to use the money to build the pitch.

In order to explain our problem, we would be very grateful if yours news paper could write an article to search players for our team. From 10 to 18 all the boys or girls can come. Come to school secretary for more information, contact us on here.

OUR SCHOOL

Our school is ugly, big, old primary and secondary school. We can use our teachers names, they're very strict. A good thing is that we don't have to wear school uniform in secundary. We can choose some subjects to study like: Pet, French, Theatre... We have to study a lot of boring subjects like maths. We devide our school year in to 3 parts. I spend a lot of time in the school because I have lunch there.

It’s nearly June and I decided to study for the last durm because I want to have a good summer.

I promise to have better attitude. When the teacher say the homework I will write it in the agenda, these durm I’ve got a lot homework punishment. I won't left my class things in home and I will do all the homework.

I’m not bad at football but these season we are playing very bad. I have to eat more fruit because I since now, i eat a lot of chocolate, read meat… By the time I will be more athletics the next season and we will do a better season.

AFTER SCHOOL

MY FOOTBALL TEAM:

My football team is very strict. There’re a lot of rules that you have to follow if you want to play on Saturday. We must always be on time for training and we always have to wear the team clothes, there’re all black. But in the matches we have to wear a white and blue shirt, blue trausers and white socks.

We train three times a week and every training we have to spend the 100% of our energy. The first think that we do is the warm-up, this is a little bit boring. The coach is very direct when he has to talk with us. You still have to go to every training even. Though you have exams. We have to be very honest with the coach if we can’t go to a training.

We always play one match every week. Some days we play at home and others days in Girona... We usually play in the morning when we play at home. We always have to arrive 1 hour before at the pitch. In this hour we have a warm-up and then the coach explains to us how we have to play to win the match. Ouer coach is very abmitious and he wants to win all the matches like the players. Generally ouer coach is quite nice, however, when we have a match he turns into quite a noisy man, and he shouts a great deal.

A BIRTHDAY TO REMEMBER

A birthday to remember:

It was my sister’s birthday, so all seven went to Can Cufi to clelebrate it.

We was having a lot of fun, but suddently we heared a shout. It cames inside of the kitchen. Everybode went there to see what hapens. It was my mum, she get a very big cut in her middle finger. One of the guests said “Please let me see that I’m nourse”. My mum get up into a car and my father went very fast to the hospital. All the people was impatient for my mum’s finger but the party didn’t stop.

When my mum returned to the hospital everybody went to the car and ask “How are you?” very nervious. And my mum said “I’m okay it was only a few stitches”. Then a very good magician acted. I laughed a lot like all my family. It was a coplicated day but it finished OK.

A STORY

Writing a story:

Last summer, I went to Italia with my family. It was our first day. When we was coming with the car, suddently we hear a big sound. It was a wheel.

We had to stop in the first place that we can. It was at night, so we can’t saw anithing without the mibile light. I was very stressed because i thought that we have to stay all the night in the middle of the road.

My father call to the Catalonia road energy, but the can’t come because we where in France. At finaly my father and the boyfriend of my sister get the new wheel in the the place.

A CRIME

A CRIME:

When I was with my friends in the main square of my town, when everybody was having dinner in the different bars, 5 boys arrive.

They stay in front of a shop for about 2 minutes. Then the youngest one enter in the shop crying and the shopkeeper asked him what was happening. They answer that he can’t found his mother. Then the others boys enter and take all what he can. Anyone saw them.

Then arrive a man who said that he was the brother of the Young boy. Then the boy and the man went out of the shop and I didn’t see them no more. Anyone did anything because anyone can saw them.
